There are a host of issues that can cause event ID 721. It's associated with a failure to establish a VPN. Typically this is because the firewall at the receiving location is blocking TCP port 1723, or routing and remote access is not established there.
Make sure port 1723 is not blocked on either firewall, and that your VPN/RRAS is configured correctly.

it should be pretty clear from your complete error message (which you did not provide). The complete error is "Error 721 - Searching for Satellite" Either your antenna is not aimed properly or there is something preventing your antenna from picking up a full strength signal.
