I don't think she's getting cuter. She's always been cute but she is becoming more girly. Apparently she wants to get into modeling. This is from an interview:
Lavigne says, "I want to do those really beautiful ads with the high-end products. I look through magazines and stare at ads and think, 'I'm not six feet tall, but I know I can do that.'"
The singer has shed her tomboy image and has been experimenting with new styles - including new clothes and cosmetics.
She adds, "I'm starting to feel more feminine. I'm getting into hair and make-up and image. That's the best part of being a girl."

She's that cool cute girl from the first time in Complicated. One thing I notice she's getting more and more like a lady, not that I mean she's boyish or what last time.

I've always thought she was quite attractive, but with all that eye make-up she used to wear, you reaally couldn't see it....and yes, I am sure being in love helps to enhance your already natural beauty...
