when kenny speaks, you can't understand him. but sometimes you can. so i think that whenever he speaks, there is real words being said. there is actually a script for him. I'm wondering what he says during the theme song if anyone knows

This is what I found.
In seasons 1-2, he says "I love girls with big fat titties, I love girls with deep vaginas," in seasons 3-5, he says "I have got a 10-inch penis, use your mouth if you want to clean it."[4] From season 7 to the first half of season 10, Kenny says "One day I'll be old enough to stick my dick in Britney's butt."[5] The current lines are not known at this time.

They kind of changed it up...but it's usually obnoxious. In the old ones he says: "I like girls with big titties, I like girls with big titties".
