I had protected sex for the first time a week ago with my boyfriend. The very next day I got very mild cramps in my lower abdomen. As a precaution, I took the Morning-After pill, because we did end up fooling around to a point where sperm might have come into contact with me by accident. I've had mild cramps everyday, irregularly, along with nausea occassionally, and today lower-right abdomen cramps have started. They are also very mild. Is this normal after having sex for the very first time??

Because of the symptoms you are having I would recommend double checking with your dr to be on the safe side.

most likely, you tore the hymen i assume, he might have been rougher than he should have been too.
