Counter Strike Condition Zero?

If you get a dedicated server, how do you get rank's to work? like how do u get the server to rank you stats and stuff?

It's automatically ranked by your kills, and death on each game you played. If you're doing good then you got your name in some good rank if not then it's the opposite.

I only heard it from other people.
