My 3.5 month old gets 30oz per day. I believe the healthy range for a 13 month old is 28-32 oz, so he's actually not getting enough--especially with summer coming up.

Need not to worry. When my daughter 13 to 14 months old, she take roughly 30oz of fluid a day. I'm not worried because she is very active girl. She is now 23 months old.

Babies should have at least a few bottles and a couple of bottles of juices. I posted a link to babycenter.com and it will help with question about stuff like that.
