Something cute is something attractive in a sort of innocent way. So I'd say evil can't in any way be cute, as it isn't innocent and not really attractive either...

Nothing.
I take it for granted that something is cute if it is small and beautiful, in some way. Since you stipulated "no matter which way you see it" I cannot refer you to the immensity of the universe-- you can see it in a computer-generated photograph (though not the total thing as of yet, so maybe the universe isn't cute?)-- nor can I refer to vile objects like excrement, or horrible events like public executions, both of which could be reduced to a sticker on a child's lunchbox without much perversity.

It would have to be universally unappealing.
If it is not cute in any way, then it must by definition hold no charm, attraction,or appeal, to anyone.
It would appear differently to each observer, because each observer has their own values in regard to what is attractive.
In spite of it's ever changing 'face', every observer would describe it, essentially, in the same way.
I didn't pick my answer, I reasoned my answer; What is it, fundamentally? What is it's nature and substance, it's reason for being?
Fundamentally, It's a thing which is not cute. It's nature is to be repellent, and it is made of what is necessary to make it so. It's reason for being? It exists to not be cute, not to anyone.

Maybe you're thinking of a newborn baby, but really mine were cute!
You know what? Some animals are just not attractive. Some babies aren't very cute either, but when asked to comment on a friend's new family member, a good line is, "Now THAT'S a baby!"
