We developed a web site using java, jsp,Oracle as back end and OS as windows. We are able to find thousand companies who are supportiung MySQL or SQL. We need Oracle. I appriciate for their time

alas, appreciation won't quite cover it >:)
the reason why nobody offers hosting of web sites running on an Oracle database for free, is that nobody can afford to.
S&P500 companies (Deutsche Bank, CreditSwiss First Boston aso.) host their websites on Oracle, because they are already paying millions to Oracle, for the databases; might as well add an Apache server (which Oracle Apps server is actually running on) and put them on the web.
.com companies and the like use MySQL aso.

rewrite your php or XML code to run against MySQL.

I don't have any specifics since there are hundreds offering this. I just did a search using "Oracle web hosting" and there were a bunch.
