A little girl with huge, innocent, brown eyes that calls me Mommy.

No one can love her or teach her the things that I can. No one else can be "Mommy." I owe it to her to be the best that I can be, and to be with her for as long as I can.

My motivation to live is to live like any other person. Every day is a beginning, full of excitement and uncertainties. Since the ahead is obscured, might be sensible to plan daily, instead of burdening with whatever projections that never materialized. Chasing the goodness, at the expense of stress and worrisome for the extra dough that will not keep us alive the next time around. --- It is not worth the trouble.

I don't live particularly well. I would rather read than work. I rarely sleep. I eat what I want when I want, but I'm not too fat yet. I probably partake into too much alcohol drinking. With all of these, I still live a morally correct life. I love, I laugh, I make people laugh, I am not dumb, I have virtues. All in all, I guess I do live well. "Well", is how you make it, how you think you live. I think I live "well." Bills paid, food in fridge, healthy and alive.

It all boils down to love. I can't go out and do drugs, commit immorality, overspend and overeat. These things would ruin my health and my family. Mainly out of love for God I strive to do live well.

The fact that God loves me enough to send His Son to suffer for my sins. He is merciful enough to forgive me, just enough to chastise me, and loving enough to bless me with a wonderful wife and a beautiful two year old daughter.
