I even have suggested that i'm throwing up, and that i ate something the day until now... i'd advice which you assert it began the day previous and its prolonged .. cuz each and every now and then whilst ppl do fall ill to their abdomen it does stay for greater or less 2 days....

i have pulled many of these i have told my boss i was involved in an accident, or that a family member died, or anything i can think of that can possibly give me a good excuse to not go to work....I never feel guilty afterwards but when i get my paycheck and that day of money is missing i think about it, was it really worth it, sometimes it is sometimes it isnt.

It wasn't even an excuse. I told the truth, that I was suffering from "both upper and lower intestinal tract issues", and that I was "wildly uncomfortable being more than 2 seconds away from my bathroom, at any given moment".
No questions asked...

I never lie to take the day off. Never. Never. Never. It is a privilege and a blessing of God to have gainful employment and there will be plenty of time off when you decide to terminate your position.
