Hi Mary,

Read this carefully...... Having sex dosent get you pregnant but having it at the right time on the right day can....
You need to do a small calculation...
consider " X " as the number of days ur regular menstural cycle lasts.... (X - 14 days) gives you the exact day when ur ova is released and it waits for her sperm for about 24 hours only.... so if X is 28 then the day is 14 and if X is 30 the day is 16.....
So try to have sex 3 days before and 3 days after the day u ve calculated,,
So if it is the 14th day then from DAY 11 TO DAY 17
And if it is 16th day then it is DAY 13 TO DAY 19
So that ur ova and his sperm can meet

Trust me mary it ll work i am a doc..
Take care

U Need to have sex on your ovulation days and make sure it then without prior ejaculation , because the more sperm matured collected , the more chance of getting pregnant ,.

good luck , so ovulation is 2 weeks after you started ur period, then let him explode , and all those sperms will make it a higher chance of conception x

That's too often dear, your hubby need to recoupe and it takes about 2 days for the sperm to build up nice and ready. Anyway, just keep on trying, enjoy the sex for the sheer fun of it, you might get pregnant when you least expect it..

timing, stress, and positins can affect it

PLus your body does one thing to let you know when you are ready. Figured it out after having so many irregular periods.

took me 3 years, thought i was me, but really the time you hae sex, the way you do it, and if you look for a certain sign that your body gives you.

Also let him build up on shooters, lol. wait a week. NO hot showers for him, help him relax. 2wks from and till your period date, go crazy 3 times a day.every other day

too much sex. It's takes sperm about 48 hours to rebuild itself up. More sex makes each shot a weaker one. Try using an inexpensive ovulation kit and have sex on your most fertile days.

Best of luck.

u r having sex for just having bab, so it is not possible.. relax.. it is not necessary to have so much of sex, if you have to concive you can if you have sex in alternate days, as this will help the sperms to become more active and the chances wil be more. dont be tense, this is the main reason of not geting pergnant.. secondly just visit the doctor and check if you require any treatment...

1. Space out your workouts
2. Try to be calm and relaxed, enjoy the act rather than worrying about the production
3. You could try yoga, there are specific asanas for conception... http://www.indiangyan.com/books/yogabooks/yoga_preg/asans_conception.shtml
4. if all these fail, dont delay further, get a doctors help

Too much sex is not good especially if you don't know your partners sperm count. It is recommended having sex every other day. Maybe you should check out a TTC forum. I'm a member of two of them and they are very supportive and helpful in answering questions.

u should have sex with your partner once in 48hours to allow his body to produce enough sperm in order for conception to take place

dont worry too much abt having a baby while u having sex
enjoy this intimate moment with your partner

all the best
