haha girlie i'm like that too. i'm a fake when i see a cop, i stop for the full 3 seconds, look both ways........

YUP!! Unless there's a cop car behind/around the corner...then you stop as if you don't even know where the heck you are!!

I'm not a Southern Californian, but I do take a New York Minute to look for other traffic and especially cops before I do the California Roll.

Might as well roll. Complete stops are a waste of gas and inefficient. Just exercise safety, look both ways before crossing that empty intersection to make sure you spot
1) those vehicles going 75mph running thru stop signs
2) that hidden police car trying to catch you rolling
