my job, i have to be able to think on my feet, handle any and all problems that may arise, make sure all of the day's paperwork is finished correctly and then double check it, and on top of all that i still have to be extra nice to the costumers and people who come in to the lobby and have no idea where they are, or where their hotel is... that happens a lot here, you'd be surprised
