Id like to gain some weight. like 5 pounds to start with. then another 5 possibly. but I need to figure out if theres any foods that are easy to get that can help. and recipes are good too. thank you.

ok Id like to gain weight and Ive tried for a while. first I ate a lot of candy-like things. then I tried healthier foods. and...nothing is working. so I need to know more foods I can eat that will help. and whether or not eating healthy AND unhealthy foods is a good thing to do.
now Im gonna go into minut detail about my eating habits. I dont like eating eggs if I can smell them, I dont eat tomatoes or cherries. and heres my main problem. I dont like to eat fat that is on meat, like chicken. I always pick the fat off or eat around it. so I think I should try eating more fat and not avoiding it.
and I dont think I have an eating problem, but there are days when I just refuse everything I see, and days when Im constantly looking for food.
so if you can help me, please do. thank you.

I used to have the same problem. if you don't have an appetite you can take over the counter prenatal vitamins.Also peanut butter and bannana sandwiches.milk shakes, ice cream,loaded baked potatoe,bread,honeybuns,lazagna,,french fries,chocolate, potatoe chips,steaks,wendys' chilli beans.that is about all i can thik of for now.hope this helps=)

Go for healthy, high fat foods--good fat. Oils, avocados, beef and other dark meats, cheese. Just eat a balanced diet, but eat more if you can and choose higher fat content without sacrificing your health by gorging yourself with unnutritious junk food.

Sweets, breads, and fats are the weight gainers, things like donuts, muffins, cookies, then breads, margarine and butters give you the fat content in them as well, junk food, potato chips, cakes, all the things bad for you.

daily eat 2 bananas with milk,drink around 1/2 liter of milk everyday with chocolate power in it.eat eggs also.
