Yes, if she's on verizon, it means she is "IN" as in the same network as you. Athough texting might not be free to her unless she has a texting plan of some sort. It's 10 cents to send and receive a regular text and 25 cents to send and receive data such as pictures and video

i like Verizon. I actually have had Verizon for 6 years and performance now no longer had a issue yet. The service is marvelous. everywhere i pass i continually have service. Its very uncommon that i dont have any service so i like that. i like the phone ideas as suitable. various phones to decide for between. the individuals who artwork there are VERY effective. once you've a issue they are chuffed or experienced to be chuffed to help out. each buddy could have their own telephone with magnificent functional factors. Verizon has a powerfuble phones that dont require plenty. No hidden prices. So i imagine of Verizon is the in elementary words suitable determination. i visit by technique of no ability replace my telephone organization!!!

IN messaging allows you to send and receive unlimited txt and flix messages with other Verizon Wireless customers, and only comes when you have one of the TXT and FLIX packages.
Now, just because you have IN messaging doesn't mean messages are free for the recipient of your messages. The recipient will be charged according to whetever data plan they have. If they have IN messaging, then it's free. If they don't have IN messaging, they'll be charged accordingly.
