what is a spa director? whats their responsibilities?

Manages a day spa. Usually handles the staffing, payroll, marketing, special events, client complaints & makes sure everything runs smoothly within the spa. Usually has a license of some sort like cosmetologist, aesthetician, massage therapist & has worked in the beauty industry a while & knows how it all is supposed to work.
