You are placing yourself in a position to be be abused. Stop him by telling him to stop or speak to smeone who deals with your staff complaints and get this matter addressed.
I know how scary this is, I have been in the same situation. You feel you may loose your job or e publically blamed for causing this. Speak to other staff members, chances are he has done this to someone else already and maybe you can go and complain together. He is aware of how this makes you feel and is making use of that to further his own agenda.
Be brave!

Sorry to tell you, you have opened the gates to hell with this devil letting that happen without saying anything. Since the damage has been done, you have no option other than telling him that you do not want to ruin your work relationship, and you do not want to repeat this happening again. Your job may be in jeopardy now since he wasn't stopped when he started doing this. If he has any supervisors over him, and this behavior persists, you will have to report the incident/s. Document all the times he touches you and go to a higher up.

I am so concerned you thought it was okay not to stand up for yourself. He is preying on you because you are being a wus. There's nothing you can do now except wait to see if it happens again and then say no and report him. Even though it's wrong, if you report him now it looks like you wanted it. Wait until it happens again and throw a HUGE fit in the office running to HR.

Make him a cup of coffee and take it to his office.
Tell him that you feel uncomfortable with the fact that he rubbed your back and blew you kisses and that you would like him to stop. Don't threaten or make a huge scene and give him the opportunity to apologise. He probably didn't mean anything by it anyway but it is inappropriate behaviour.
If he has a problem with restraining himself you probably have legal recource to make him stop. Sexual harasment is illegal in many places and help groups are available depending on your location.
Good luck.

If this happens again, tell him to stop or you'll file sexual harrassment charges on him, or worse, complain to his wife. There are laws in place to protect your right to work in an harassment-free environment. Utilize them. Don't let this scumbag get away with it.If it's not you, it'll be somebody else. Stop him before it's too late.

all you need to do is tell him firmly,NO! or STOP! that's all it takes! he must know the sexual harassment laws,if he is your boss. he should be the one who is worried.he will lose his job and have lawyer and court fee's if you press charges. it happened to me at work, and i was told to write the time, place and date when these things happened.if he doesn't stop give it to his supervisor.you probably won't have to see him after that. no company wants a sexual harassment suit.just make real sure he knows where you stand.

I as quickly as had a md who each so often did issues like that. together with her it became into extra like status at the back of my chair and form of smoothing lower back my hair the way a mom or aunt could do. My coworker and that i the two had long hair and she or he did it to the two one human beings. i think she wished us to think of she felt maternal in the direction of us or something. If I have been you (assuming you're no longer comfortable together with her habit), i could confront her (gently and properly) approximately it in case you experience you could accomplish that with out detrimental your working courting or jeopardizing your activity. on the comparable time, save documentation of issues she does that make you uncomfortable. contain applicable dates and situations. in case you ever ought to whinge approximately her to human materials, you will need it to confer with whether it somewhat is not easily information.

Well, next time he tries it, be firm and serious and say you're uncomfortable, and you don't like that. If it continues, contact your Human Resources, or his boss. If there's no one above him, then quit. Don't put up with it.
