You'll need a fair sized tank (~75gal+) which has been established for a year or more and has a large sustainable copepod population. Scooter dragonettes (aka scooter blennies) can otherwise wipe out the copepod population in a tank that doesn't meet most or all of that criteria fairly quickly.

You can order from here: http://www.reed-mariculture.com/copepod/ and harvest them in a refugium or separate copepod tank to increase the population (because if you add the bottle straight into the main tank the scooter will eat them all in a week or so..kind of expensive to buy a new bottle every couple of weeks).

Alternatively (and this is what I do), I provide vitamin-soaked mysis shrimp and bloodworms. Some scooters will voraciously eat these. Others (and especially manderins) might not accept them.

Scooter Blenny Diet

Dragonites, Mandarins & scooters just live off Amphipods and Copepods found on live rock & live sand. If you have a established reek tank, you already have Amphipods and Copepods in your tank. The Amphipods and Copepods multiply in your tank rapidly. This should be all that is needed for the fish's diet.

I have not seen any of my Dragonites eat any prepared foods. they will just eat off the Rocks & sand.

Hopefully you have not used copper in your tank, as this would have most likely killed the Amphipods and Copepods. Copper would also kill your Live Rock & LIve sand.

If you think you are lacking the Amphipods and Copepods, your LFS should be able to give you a gup of Livesand from thier reef tank to spike up your live sand & rock. But again, this would be worthless if you have used copper in your tank.

Good luck

Most Blennies are vegitarians, Most Gobies are Meat eaters LOL
As for the Manderin Dragonet, Beware, They will PROBABLY not eat ANYTHING that YOU feed them.
They need to be kept in a VERY established aquarium with a LOT of live rock and Live sand.
They live mostly off of LIVE Coepods and LIVE Arthropods but can be suplimented with LIVE Black worms(try to find them) or LIVE Brine shrimp (hatch them)
Not for the beginner and Not for a FISH ONLY TANK.
They are a VERY BEAUTIFUL fish and can be kept a REEF aquarium with SPECIAL ATTENTION or they WILL starve to death!!!
You can Probably buy all of this food for it but why would you not TRY to keep a NATURAL habitat for it to survive and THRIVE.
My wife wanted one from day 1 when I set up my 75gal REEF but i would not get her one until the tank was WELL established.
I rescued A Spotted Manderin (RARER than Green) from a LFS where they were starving (SUNKIN BELLIES)
and have a look at him now (fat Belly)

Bennies, Blennies and Dragonets are ALL COOL fish with AWSOME personalities and I think everyone should have one just to make you smile.LOL But do some research before you buy.
Have a good one.

if its a scooter blenny,it's habits are the same as a manderin.gobies, blennies, manderins should all have a lot of good productive live rock in the tank.sand sifting gobies need live sand as well, live sand and live rock are essential for success,as they eat small inverts,on the live rock.it's unlikely they'll live for long on any frozen, flake, freezedried,or pellet food.pickup some live rock, and sand from a knowledgeable pet store, never totally clean the tank and rocks, with freshwater.you'll destroy the food supply, and biofilter.doing this will help you keep any saltwaterfishes.these fish above mentioned are not for the beginner, really.
