I can do that but I don't know if it can be taught. My little sister is always asking me to show her and I try but I don't think that it helps. Mine does it automatically when I'm thinking about something, looking at someone like I don't believe what they're telling me, or giving that "WTF" face. I don't think about it, it's just natural. Good luck trying it out for yourself! :)

You have to learn how to work those facial muscles. Try standing in front of a mirror and make different faces that require you to move both eyebrows. Try the expression you make when you think "woah" and you raise your brows. Do it repeatedly. Try the expression you make when you're skeptical and you squint your eyes and move your brows a bit. Do this repeatedly also. It's a good idea to give yourself a little facial massage before and after these steps. Those are just some examples. You can probably find more facial exercise onlines. Pay close attention to the movement and feelings each time. With time and practice you should have more control over those muscles and hopefully be able to raise just one brow. Some people have tried and still cant do it. Some people can only do it with one of their eyes. Like myself, I can do it better with my left eye than with my right eye. Good luck.

go to a local salon that does waxed eyebrows very cheap and not as painful as plucking.also the hair stays away longer.

k the last answerer bsed you...you can teach yourself to do it
start by dropping one eyebrow...then attempt to raise the other whilst doing this...the dropping eyebrow intensifies the effect. keep trying this...you will get it

It's a genetic thing...I know. I can't do it either, but my sister can. :'( But I can make my tongue into a clover, if that counts for anything

its a muscle thing, either you have it or you dont, and there is no point to it anyway.
