go to norton.com and see where they have updated patches - you will be able to just download them if you are current with norton

who advised you to acquire the antivirus from internet? i see that the antivirus may be corrupted. attempt to place in it from a cd (if u can get) or get AVG antivirus. yet in no way acquire any antivirus from internet
