there are many ways..... it depends on the type of mobile you have...
If your mobile has any of the following functions
1. Bluetooth
2.Infra red port
3. usb cable that connect mobile to computer

which model cellphone you are using.just connect the cable to pc.at that you can see the new harware found in the system .after that u r using xp .dont install any software.but u are using 98 you want to install the software,we can see the my computer new icon will be displayed in the screen.we can open the icon .
which pictures u want to send to mobile.first copy the pictures and paste the pictures in the icon window will be displayed on the screen

I usually do the following:
Go to the website for your cell phone provider/company. Check out how to email your phone. With Cingular it's something like *phone number*@mms.mycingular.com or something similar. Most cellular providers allow you to do that and if your phone's compatible to receive, take, or send pictures, it can certainly get them emailed fine. Good luck!
