Well I have an Irish heritage and I enjoy a good brew or two, so I would say yes. It can't hurt.

Just don't use to much food coloring, or the beer will stain his lips and teeth. At my bar we use a straw to just pull a small portion out of the food coloring bottle. Then drop it into the beer and use the straw to stir it. Best when server in a tall pilsner glass or pint glass, pointless if left in the bottle.

Better green beer than green pork chops. Green in foods is sometimes signs of decomposition, mold and pollution. It's akin to yellow snow, cept worse.
