Stop worrying about viruses. Download Knoppix, an Internet-enabled Linux based operating system that runs from a CD. It loads itself into RAM, and everything you did is destroyed when you reboot. Doesn't matter what you do when you're online. Has a Windows emulator, WINE so you can run keygen programs. Just make sure your IP address is dynamic so you can't be tracked as easily.
