How do you become a paparazzi? Serious answers please.?

Buy some camera gear. Read up on every celebrity. Move to a city where celebrities live or visit regularly. Contact tabloids and volunteer to stalk celebs or shoot events. Do it, get some good, in-focus shots, and send them to the tabloids.

I really don't think you even need a good camera. Probably could use disposable and take some photos and sell them to magazine.
