-----Don't breathe polluted air
-----BE SURE TO CLOCK IN !!!!!!
-----Never take the blame for anythng that you can pass off to someone higher or lower than you on the pay scale !!!
-----Always take credit for Anything that happens Good --especially if no one knows why it happened !!

There are many answers to this question because it hasn't stated what you feel like you aren't surviving. Therefore, not knowing the complete problem, I can only offer an opportunity for you to go find the answer.
This is a book that has to do with your problem, I suggest reading it, its available at amazon.com for under $12 new and available used for under $3.
Check it out! amazon will let you preview the table of contents and some of the book before you buy it.

Keep ur nose to the grindstone, don`t get too chummy with co-workers until u get to know them, be on time, don`t miss work unless absolutely necessary. Don`t gossip about other employees, show at least a little respect to ur boss, even if he/she doesn`t deserve it. Finish ur work assignment on time and don`t leave early. The above applies to most any job u work at. Take it from one who has been in the work force for many years.

Just pretend to like everybody the first time you meet them and only then. Afterwards then just do enough to get by and you should be allright. Remembering names is a plus too.
