Most counties in california have what is called a Career Center. This center is free to use and depending on the county has information about where to find jobs, and even how to get the job.

Well, if I am not mistaken, a 'civil' engineer is nothing more than a city/county/state employee. All they hire is immigrants! Shouldn't be too hard to ace out a white male native of CA, since they are REALLY the minority, according to the libtards.
