Apparently the movie is a hit, and real men are going in droves. I am just wondering if they are allowing Liberals, or are they told to go watch "Little women" or "Steel Magnolias"?

Maybe they can make "300 part deux, the surrender"?

Austin, so it is ok to simply dethrone a murderous dicatator, give their people a level of Democracy, then throw up the white flag and say, "here you go Iran, it's your country now"? Did we leave Japan and Germany?

Megan I am sorry that all that testosterone bothers you, many find it comes in handy at times. As to your misunderstanding of my question, I am simply asking if it is too scary a movie for Liberals to watch, or if they will find it distasteful to watch men fighting back against consummate evil rather than going to peace rallies and saying they hate just about everything American.

As to some of the comments above, those 300 Spartans were chosen because they had children to carry on their name, oh yeah, you liberals are a bunch of fools that think they know everything about anything. So, for the question, the Liberals may go to watch it but end up running out during the previews.

Why do you think we have to be "allowed" to watch a movie...is that how it works in conservative land? I read the reviews....blood, guts and testosterone, in a comic-book setting. I think you meant to say, "real boys."

I can certainly understand why the right-wing "men" would want to watch a movie about 300 Spartans--considering that homosexuality was compulsory in the Spartan culture.

Y'all don't get too worked up, y'hear? Somebody's got to clean up that theater after you're done! :)

great question and I am envious that I did not think of this one. It's about time a relevant movie was made. "Fahrenheit 300"?

I saw it yesterday, great movie. Yeah, it's worth fighting when there is a cause worth fighting. Liberals believe that too, sorry, if a war based on lies, and destabalizing the middle east by causing a vaccum of power which is being filled by radical islam (what we were supposedly fighting against) isn't what we believe to be a cause worth fighting.

Yeah, because it totally takes a "real man" to make fun of someone else to feel superior. I understand you must feel the need to overcompensate for certain "shortcomings," so more power to ya. Schneed.

It's supposed to be a great movie about a bunch of insurgents who fight an evil Empire that invaded their country based on lies.

I can't WAIT to see it!

They can go to the movie...they just need to wear their blinders at all times.
