"With the 16th pick in the 2007 NFL draft the Green Bay Packers select Marshawn Lynch from the University of California".

If Texans go with Brady Quinn(which there has been interest). Adrian Peterson will drop down to the Buffalo Bills who will show interest. I am 75% positive the Bills will get Peterson in this case. I give a 90 % possibility of Lynch being drafted by the Packers. The 10% gap is the possibility of a team like the Giants, trading up to 14th or 15th pick to steal Lynch. I see this unlikely however because of New York's down spiral since they traded up to get Eli Manning.

Buffalo or Green Bay makes the most sense since neither team has a true starting running back. I personally hope he falls to the Giants but I don't see him falling all the way into the 20s on draft day.

This will depend on whether the Browns decide to go with Peterson or not at #3. If that is the case then look for Houston to give him serious consideration even though they probably will go OL or DL. If Houston doesn't go RB then Buf will be the next team to select a RB and it should be Lynch, the farthest he should drop is to GB at 16.
Cleveland's deal for Lewis has changed the outlook for the draft as they now have more options and this may or may not bump the RB's down a couple of slots, (even though I feel they will still choose Peterson) Lynch will most likely go to Buffalo at 12

Green Bay or Buffalo would be the teams most interested. If he slides further (which he won't) the Giants shouldn't pass on him either.
