I would like to get to my favorites by clicking on the start button instead of having to open internet explorer. can anyone tell me how?

Click on the start button.
Under the run button find an empty space and right click, select properties.
Select start menu
Select customize
Select the advanced tab
Scroll down and select the check box for Favorites menu.
Select ok to close the window, then select apply, then ok on the next window, and your done!

If you have Windows XP then

righ click on "START" Button --> Goto Properties --> Click on "Customize" Button --> Select "Display Favorites" --> OK --> OK

Customize 'Start Menu' through right clicking on Task Bar > Properties. Merely click 'Favorites' option in menu.

right this is the fast uncomplicated way: a million. suited click on the job bar (very backside of your demonstrate screen) 2. click on "residences" 3. click on the "start up Menu" tab 4. click on "personalize" 5. click on "progressed" Tab 6. someplace in that window, you will see a radio button that declares "Favorites menu" - click on that, and your favorites will teach
