Blood worms are most commonly mosquito larvae. Neon tetras and male bettas can both eat blood worms. Blood worms are best for the betta (enhances color of red bettas). For neon tetras I would probably go with Hikari Neon Tetra food. Very very tiny granules almost like fry food :)

Algae eaters don't or shouldn't eat anything, only algae. If you don't have much algae if your tank try algae wafers. Get the cheapest ones they are all the same. Make sure to remove the uneaten portion after 24 hours.

Ok, blood worms, can be bought frozen, alive, or freezedied. Most likely they are freeze dried, if you bought them at a petstore. The worms are the larvae of different insects. you are able to feed tetras, bettas, and guppys with these along with other fish. Algae eaters, basicly eat anything, mainly the leftover food at the bottom of the tank. And depending on how many fish and how big the tank is, i suggest you wait a couple weeks (2-3) before buying one, otherwie there will be no food for it!!

Blood worms are insect larvae. It's a great food for betta. Neons are omnivores so they need veggies as well. I'd get a normal fish flake as well. Then alternate between the 2. Most "algae eaters" are omnivores depending on the type, and will eat algae, and missed food. I recommend on occasion throwing in a bit a veggies. Sliced broccoli stems, slice zucchini, crushed peas, and the like. Keep in mind they tend to wait till it's soggy so wait a few day before removing the uneaten portion.

Blood worms are a common name for Midge larvae. there is a longer name chroma....e something er other, but you get the idea, Larvae. Blood worms do not bite so they are safe for small fish.

Algae eaters will eat just about anything. I would wait about 2-3 weeks before getting one so the tank has time to build up a little food. They normally like rotten food. They are bottom eaters, just like catfish, if they swim by and it smells good, they eat it.

bettas love blood worms- there are nets you can pour them into so your cage will stay clean they also love dried shrimp. algae eaters will eat the leftovers and fieces in the tank and you can get standard tropical flakes for the neon and all of the fish will enjoy them as well

blodd worms are just very small skinny worms. you can get them fresh/alive or frozen. if you get ones that are alive, be sure to rinse them with fresh water everyday so they dont rot. just feed the fish regular flakes, with the occasional frozen worm or brine shrimp treat. also, get some algae disks. hope you cycled your tank before you added all these fish or they will die aka new tank syndrome
