First movie: A woman fakes a break-in and murder of her husband. She hangs herself up from the beams of her home(looks almost "crucified"). It turns out she used her SUV's wench to pull herself up. She also goes out in a wig and picks up a man to have rough sex with her and she swings a bag of oranges to hit her in the face so it looks like there was a rape and assault. The purpose of all this was to kill her husband and get his money and paintings(one in particular she always goes to the art museum to admire). Help!!!! 2nd movie: Set in Montreal(?). It's a serial killer movie. I can't remember the actors but basically the woman in the movie hooks up with a guy who is the serial killer (of course she doesn't know that until the end). In the end of the movie, she is in a secluded house and looks very pregnant. The killer finds her but it turns out she wanted him to. She isn't really pregnant & she lured him there to kill him. She tells him "You saw what I wanted you to see."

synopsis:

A top FBI profiler, Special Agent Illeana Scott (Academy Award-winner ANGELINA JOLIE) doesn't rely on traditional crime-solving techniques to unravel the mysteries of a murderous mind. Her intuitive, unconventional approach is often the only way to unlock the identities of the killers for the police to capture.

When Montreal detectives handling a local homicide investigation reluctantly ask for an outsider's help to get inside the head of a cunning serial killer, Agent Scott joins the case. With meticulous insight, she theorizes that the chameleon-like killer is 'life-jacking' - assuming the lives and identities of his victims.

As the pressure mounts to catch the elusive murderer, Agent Scott's unorthodox methods alienate her from a territorial police team that feels threatened by her uncanny abilities. Her seemingly cold demeanor belies an unparalleled passion for her work, and she's at her best when she's working alone. But when an unexpected attraction sparks a complicated romantic entanglement, the consummate specialist begins to doubt her finely honed instincts.

Alone in an unfamiliar city with no one she can trust, Agent Scott suddenly finds herself on a twisted and terrifying journey, surrounded by suspects in a case that has become chillingly personal.

Black and white movie featuring a little girl, makes it sound like a Shirley Temple movie. Do you remember the setting for the movie? The second movie could be "Anna And The King" if it was more recent, or "The King And I" if it was a musical. The musical featured Yul Brenner as the king who hires an English governess to help raise his children.

No,but those movies sound really good.I saw an interesting movie once.It was about a man who owned a soap factory. He was married to a woman who hated him,he was much older than her and she married him only for his money.Any way she kills him, takes him to his soap factory, and makes bars of soap out of him. Then she takes the dead husband soap back home and uses them to shower with.As she begins to scream a video her husband had been watching when she killed him is still playing and it's explaining how soap is no longer made with animals because the acid in the animals use to burn peoples skin.So they had to find an alternative way to make it so it would be safer for people to use.Animals and people have allot of acid in their bodies, something she should have thought of before she bathed with her husband.I wish I knew what that movie was called as well. But your movies sound really good too.Just thought I would share one of mine I always wondered about too.
