Can a nitrile be reduced to amine by H2/Pd and also by LiAlH4/dry ether?

Yes it can be, but its H2 on Pd/C, but it also depends on what other functionial groups the molecular has, in some cases with carbonyl or hydroxy groups you will have to protect them when using LiAlH4 as it will also react with these. Also if there are any other double bonds in your molecule they will also will be reduced at the same time.
