There are far too many to say that there is any SINGLE question that hasn't been answered or solved.

According to the book, "The 5 biggest unsolved problems in Science"...
1. How are particle masses determined?
2. How did simple atoms first combine to form complex molecules?
3. What role does the genome play in the development of life?
4. Why is it so difficult to predict the weather?
5. What is the future of the universe?

Questions about Gravity, Relativity, and Light are what I am most interested in solving... personally.

The biggest mystery is still "From whence we came?" There are millions of other unanswered questions, but that is the main one.

(hint: It's so far away, man will never achieve the level of intelligence needed to create a craft capable of traveling the distance in good time without generations of lifetimes of speeding through space. Imagine looking at Alpha Centari and thinking "I am there" and instantly, you were there. And protected by a craft created by super thought also. That's how our great ancestors brought us here. That's why no "missing link" has been found to connect us directly to apes. We are not related to apes.)
(Shhhhh. Nyuk!)
