Yes you need a visa for travel to Singapore. Generally 15 days tourist visa can be arranged even by your travel agent and your presence is not needed. If you have USA visa on your passport, you can even get multiple entry 2 years visa.

i'm from INDIA, i've got a valid saudi Emplayment Visa untill junuary 2015.
