Is it illegal to imitate Antique diamond ring designs?

and sell them? they are Antiques ,their design don't belong to any one so ,what's the problem?

It's only illegal if you try to pass it off as an antique, I would suppose.

As far as Iknow, it isn't illegal. Un less you are trying to pass it off as the real thing.
