Is it illegal to imitate Antique diamond ring designs?

and sell them? they are Antiques ,their design don't belong to any one so ,what's the problem?

If you label them as replicas then there is no problem but as soon as you say there real its fraud.

It's only illegal if you claim they are original designs.
