I am looking for placement codes for MySpace headers, comment box, friends box, and etc. I am not looking for glitter or any weird stuff. Just the actual html placement codes and a brief description.

This site that I have used has a html basics tutorial information about half way down on the left hand side. They are very basic, and possibly a bit too basic for what you are after, but you may be able to find some links from here.

try http://www.pimp-my-profile.com there are some codes there and some generators so you can make your own custom boxes, layouts..etc..
