IF he/she got deformed in some way or d other??
one o my frnds met with an accident and he had a cheek scraped onto the road...he will have a scar the size of an egg on his cheek forever and his gf left him coz he looked a lil repulsive to her...duh...

love isnt about appearances, but appearnances sure do play a major role in the matter, whether we like it or not. in order to have come close enough to that person to fall in love with them they must have attracted us physically in some way. thats a standard truth!
if u r still in the "getting to love him/her" stage when the accident happens then yes, it is a first reaction to just make a run for it, coz u cant stand the thought of being with someone who is not at least seemingly perfect.
if, however, you are in the love stage when ur partner is deformed, then he/she has nothing to worry about, coz once ur in love theres no turning back. u stick by that person coz u know all the reasons why he/she;s worth it!
