Ok,well i'm thinking of something like for example:
A girl likes a guy.she falls in love with him and he loves her.then,the parents meet each other and want to get married after their very long relationship.when they get married,does the guy and girl become bro and sis?

Yep, step brother and sister. Its..... stupid? for the parents to do that since they both probabbly knew the kids loved each other.

Only by marriage hun! He would be your step brother. Do not worry about it so much if you are still dating him because only the mother would have the same last name. Yours would not change unless the father adopts you and legaly becomes your father. Even still there is no blood relation to girl and boy who was originaly dating.

Technically they would be step-brother and sister but there would be no blood relation.Why would you ask such a question?Are you in this situation?If so than dont worry to much about it.If you love the person than it wouldnt matter what others think,and thats all that you could really be worried about! Are you asking about the parents getting married? if so
you become step sister and brother, but your children will not be aliens if that's what you mean after you get together it will be a Little awkward to explain but not impossible.
