Was Morgan Freeman's character in "Street Smarts" the best pimp ever on screen?

Morgan Freeman's portrayal as Fastblack in"Street Smarts"was certainly the best as a pimp in cinema history so far.His is the only such character role to get an Academy Award nomination(albeit he did not win)in movie history.I vividly recall how that character kept me intrigued,fascinated and constantly on the edge of my seat with some pulse-pounding moments that had me nervous! If I may use the term in this context---he did that role perfectly!He got my vote as the best!Excellent question Lawrence K!

There was a movie in the past couple of years where Laurence Fishburne played a pimp who's girls lived with him and it was very touching the way he truly loved them all unconditionally and individually and he was all they had. He had to make some really tough choices and one he had to use tough love even though it hurt him deeply but he knew it was best for her. Can't remember the name of the movie but remember I was surprised how touched I was by it. Now I will be racking my brains trying to remember the name because I would like to see it again.
