leave it alone...or if you just HAVE to mess with it, use a hot compress (a washrag soaked in warm to hot water wil work) and just hold it on there...it usually will pull the junk out...but LEAVE IT ALONE!

If it looks like it's ready to pop, I pop it. Fortunately I don't suffer from severe acne, but I do get pimples now & then. They're usually ready to pop in a few days. . .I know you're not supposed to pop them, but I sure don't want a big bulging lump filled with pus on my face. (Sorry for the descriptives)

i have a painful pimple right now. i took listerine, and poured it onto some toilet paper then wiped the pimpled and infected area with it. the sting is dying, and i can feel it drying up already.

I just look at it and go like...."boy you better get the *ell off of my face boy or else ima take these tweezers right here and just go like..." it runs off of my face and down the drain of my bathroom.

Whatever you do... don't pick at it! This will just irritate the skin and give you a scar and you'll be very sad. Use toothpaste, I promise it works.

I always attack it...first with a sterilized needle or pin, then squeeze out the pus.....then daub it with rubbing alcohol. Usually remedies it pronto.
