You are reading to much into everything and does your husband no about your so called best friend.A best friend does not try to hurt you and that is what he is doing by telling you about his marriage.Look what you read into what he said how do you no he is even thinking of you that way.I think you are dreaming and better wake up. You can't go back to the good old days with your friend and I think that is what you are thinking about.

The dream in no way means that he still loves you.
Here’s my gut-level reaction--be a wife to the man you married. If you can’t have contact with the ex (and I assume you are if you know he’s getting a divorce) and keep it innocent, then STOP THE CONTACT.

Your ex loves you or not is immaterial since you are married now and you love your husband....... So dont give way for unwanted desires(it may be just to know whether ur ex loves u or not).... if you continue thinking about that lost relationship then without ur knowledge u might loose your husband for that... so keep loving your husband alone and no one else... be happy with that dont grow the soft corner for ur ex anymore........
Good Luck Dear!!!

You made your choice. Dont throw what you have away for what might have been. If you do decide to do it. Make a clean break from you husband dont go running around with this guy while still married. Nothing good will come of it.

just cause you dream of him loving you still does not mean that he does, besides you are married get over it, if it doesnt work out with your husband then leave and go back to him otherwise think about it why are you exes in the first place.

You don't just lose feelings for ex-lovers, so I am sure there is enough conflicted emotions to go around. I am sure he thinks of you, you think of him, your hubby thinks about ex-gf's of his, they think about him, too, and it all just goes round and round. It's okay to have the fantasy, but the very fact that you have contact with him is a tease and a potential disruption to your marriage. Eventually, we just have to decide as best we can and stand by it...my advice is to not have contact with ex-bf anymore. Take care.

i would say a little of both. we all have fantasies about an ex declaring their undying love for us. just remember there is a reason he is your ex. are you willing to lose someone you know you love for someone that you know you used to love. i believe past relationships belong in the past or maybe in a nice dream. best of luck to you

it's a fantasy; you are married and love your husband; stay away from the ex boyfriend; he's a ex for a reason;

Give yourself closure and tell the ex goodbye once and for all. You've moved on with your life and need to make sure there is no room in it for any ex's.

ummmm, if you really do love your husband, what does it matter if some guy from your past thinks he loves you? I think this shows trouble in your current marriage. You need to work on that first.
