its not a matter of flicking your wrist, its more of pulling a full motion with your arms

It's not really a deliberate "flick" of the wrist...it's a follow through. If you go straight through the shot it just happens naturally. I would work on the shot fundamentals rather than just flicking your wrist. Go for Pistol Pete videos if you're looking for basketball instructional videos.

You don't need a video. Just watch a Spurs game and see how Bruce Bowen does it. The snap of his wrist as well as his follow-through are very prominent in his jumpshot.
