I have Vista on my C drive and XP on my F drive.
I want to switch between the two operating systems, as some of my programs do not work with the New Vista.
How do I do that. Everything is hooked up and working.

You can install a Boot Manager (boot loader)on one of the drives; it will find each available OS and let you choose on startup which to run.

You can also do it from the BIOS, on each startup, which can be a pain.

If you want to switch from them while they are both running that cannot be done, you will have to shutdown one then startup the other.
