1994 Camry's don't come with factory alarms, so if you have one on yours it's probably an after-market add-on; different manufacturers have different disarm methods on these. Look under the dash for a "valet switch", which usually takes the form of a small pushbutton. If you find it, try turning your ignition key on then pressing the switch to disarm the alarm; or turning the key on then off before pressing the switch.

You can also try finding the main alarm control unit and unplugging it, or finding the power source for the alarm and disconnecting it. Usually if the alarm is disabled the vehicle will start; if not, you'll have to find the point where the starter wire has been interrupted and connect it back together.
