If I have already gotten a free cell phone off of a website like wirefly?

or anything like that and I already have cingular service, can I still get a new phone off of that site w/out signing a new contract and going through all of that stuff again.?

I have purchased several times from wirefly.com and to my knowledge you can't buy just the phone. If you want just the phone, goto Ebay.com, sometimes amazon.com and cellphoneshop.net (under returned and refurbished phones).
