I have taken intro to statistics 1 twice before I passed it and now I am trying to pass intro to ststistics 2 for the second time and things are not looking good. The free tutoring my school offers is worse than the classes, none of the stat teachers speak english. I know people who have gotten private tutors but I cannot afford $60 an hour on top of tuition. I need to pass the class for my major but I just don't know what to do, I just don't understand it. Please help.

Tell your advisor that you need extra help. He/she should be able to guide you in the right direction. Also, speak with your instructor. Most instructor's are willing to come in a little early or stay a little late to help you. If you receive financial aid and you have money left over after each quarter/semester, you are legally allowed to have that remainding amount submitted to you to use how you wish. If your advisor or instructor can't help, you may want to try that.
