I do know of a Children's book that was not good. One of the bosses I had from the Police Dept. got his daughter this book called "My Daddy is a Policeman" or something like that.
At the end of the book, the Dad gets wasted in a robbery or something at work and the end says "My Daddy is never coming home again!" He flipped out when he was reading this book to his daughter! ROFL what a horrible book.
Kind of like those Grimm's Fairy Tales in the original German where the endings were dark and scary!
Maybe they'll make this into a movie so hundreds of children can cry and be scared.

LMAO! That's funny, I agree.

Most depressing children's movie: My Girl

Most depressing movie about children: Angela's Ashes

Both of em make me all misty eyed (but don't tell anyone).
