What is the best moisturizer for body?

I have normal skin. In the winter time, i tend to have dry skin. What lotion (moisturizer) do you recommend?

Neutrogena Body Oil, Light Sesame Formula (available in fragrance-free too). It's about $9.99 a bottle, but you simply apply it to wet skin after you shower - much easier than trying to get every spot of dry skin with lotion. Towel it off - no creepy oily residue in your towel either! - or air dry for a sleek, well moisturized look. Also, light enough that I've never gotten any body pimples from it - won't clog pores.
