I'm confused by your statement though. Bush didn't vote for this measure, Congress (including the deomcrats) did. It was approved by 74 (out of 100) senators.
Either way, the daylight savings adjustment would have happened, regarless of who was in office, at some point or another. It's a minor change to the average person that may help save a bit of electricity (but definatly has it's drawbacks as well, especially to farmers and the airlines).

yes i did i live here in texas in it went a hour ahead in i hate it cause it messes with your sleep in plus i thought i was late for work in thiught i was 1 hour late for work this morning geez
